The Family Law Centre Membership Program is an independent commercial business unrelated to Ricketts, Harris but in which Joel Miller is actively involved. Briefly a person joins the FLC as a member and receives a video with lawyers discussing various family law problems of the kind many people tell their lawyers affects them. There's also a 3 booklet set of information on various family law topics. Both the video and booklets are straightforward and easy to understand and are designed to help you understand the situation in which you're involved so you'll be better able to understand your lawyer when you go over your case with him or her. The membership package includes a variety of forms you can complete which will make things easier, and cheaper, for your lawyer.

One of the most popular aspects of becoming a FLC member is that you’re introduced to an experienced family law lawyer in your area who'll meet with you for a 1/2 hour consultation at no charge to you and who'll also act for you at a discount off of his or her normal hourly rate, usually of 10% or more.
