Every 2 years the Federation
of Law Societies of Canada sponsors the National
Family law Program (NFLP). This is one of the outstanding
family law events of the year (if it’s an even
numbered year) and is held in one of the many lovely
settings our country offers at the beginning of the
summer. The 2004
NFLP will be from July 12th – 15th at Quebec’s
gorgeous Le Manior Richelieu. The range of topics
and the quality of presenters is always impressive
and informative.
You get a chance to meet practitioners from across
the country in a relaxed and stimulating environment.
Lots of attendees bring their spouses and significant
others – even their kids – who can enjoy
the resort atmosphere while the lawyer’s inside
learning things. You get a chance to mingle with judges
as well as lawyers. Who can tell who’s what
lounging at the pool or on the golf course?
Check out their website
and get your firm to send you to Quebec this year.
Do it now!
